The French company I-TRACING, which specializes in cybersecurity, now has a branch in Montreal.

The company, founded in 2005 in Paris, wants to create around twenty jobs in the metropolis over the next three years, in particular by hiring cybersecurity specialists.

A team is already in place to take care of the activities of the I-TRACING Security Operation Center (SOC).

The company also has subsidiaries in London and Hong Kong.

“With our subsidiary in Montreal, we are present on three continents. We thus provide our customers with surveillance, SOC and support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ”said Laurent Besset, associate director, responsible for the CyberDefense Pole of I-TRACING.

According to I-TRACING, the “choice of Montreal was naturally imposed”, the metropolis being located halfway between Europe and the United States, where many of its customers are located.

“Montreal, with its open-mindedness and collaborative ecosystem, perfectly matches the values ​​of I-TRACING and offers us all the latitude to continue to offer personalized services that are as close as possible to our clients’ needs,” said Sophie Pasquier. , responsible for business development and recruitment for the Canadian subsidiary.

Montréal International and Investissement Québec International got involved in the file.
