The Red Bulls awarded the 17-year-old a contract hours before the game. The American wasted no time in making his presence felt, scoring the only goal of the game in his first Major League Soccer start.

Well served on a corner kick, Clark took a nice volley shot that went to lodge in the upper part of Brad Guzan’s net.

The Atlanta players were only able to frame a strike on the visitors’ cage. Ryan Meara thus offered himself a shutout of one stop.

Thunderstorms don’t slow down Miami

Thunderstorms were invited to the field of Inter Miami CF, forcing the stop for more than an hour of the match between the Florida team and the Houston Dynamo. The home side took the lead on the restart, winning 1-0.

In the 56th minute of play, Houston defender Aljaz Struna fouled Leandro Gonzalez Pirez in the penalty area, resulting in a penalty shot. It was the Scottish Lewis Morgan who performed and who chose the right side to beat Marko Maric.

This is the first time in its history that Inter Miami, expansion team in 2020, has managed to go there with two consecutive victories.
