Six new deaths attributed to COVID-19 in Quebec

Although the Capitale-Nationale records a third consecutive day under the bar of 200 daily cases, with 144 new carriers of the disease, it deplores six more deaths.

Moreover, the majority of the 21 deaths recorded across the province come from the greater Quebec City region since Chaudière-Appalaches also deplores three other people cut down by the virus.

The daily number of cases on the South Shore has been rather stable for a few days, although still significant. As of Friday, 67 newly infected have been recorded in the region, for a total of 1940.

In Quebec, there are 1,102 new infections as well as a total of 433 hospitalizations, eight more than the day before. In addition, 67 people are in intensive care.
