The INSPQ unveiled its projections for the pandemic on Friday. According to these, the number of cases, hospitalizations and deaths would have increased “exponentially” if Quebecers had maintained the same level of contacts in recent weeks.
Quebec recorded, on Friday, 1,055 additional cases and 14 more deaths linked to COVID-19, for a total of 91,018 people infected and 6,018 deaths since the start of the pandemic.
