A master class by Philippe Falardeau

The 49e Festival du nouveau cinema (FNC), which has been in full swing for a week, will present this Friday at 11 a.m. a master class by filmmaker Philippe Falardeau (Mr. Lazhar, Congorama). Hosted by director and producer Daniel Roby (Louis Cyr, Suspect number one), this discussion with Falardeau will be broadcast for free on the Festival’s Facebook page.

Recall that Falardeau’s new film, My Salinger year, symbolically close the 49e edition of the FNC. For the occasion, the film which stars Sigourney Weaver and Margaret Qualley will be available online for a period of 24 hours this Saturday.

The FNC continues until October 31.
