Saphir Taïder to leave the Montreal Impact

Saphir Taïder is leaving the Montreal Impact to join a team in Saudi Arabia.

The Al Ain club also published on social networks a video of highlights of Taïder’s career on Wednesday to announce his arrival. For its part, the Impact has still not confirmed the news reported by the TVA Sports network. The designated player agreed to a three-year contract with the team in January 2018 with an option for 2021.

Taïder was not in the formation of Thierry Henry, Sunday. It was a third campaign in the blue-white-red uniform for the 28-year-old Frenchman.

Taïder scored 20 goals and added 21 assists in 76 games, including 75 starts, with the Montreal eleven.
