It was the Minister responsible for the Capitale-Nationale region, Geneviève Guilbault, who called the press briefing to be held Friday, at 1 p.m., in Quebec.

This will be the first time in months that Régis Labeaume and Gilles Lehouillier will be present at the same media event. The two mayors have been cold since the failure in 2017 of the structural transport project SRB, which was to cover both shores.
