The Titans are coming back

After seeing two of their clashes postponed and their facilities closed due to a COVID-19 outbreak, the Tennessee Titans made a magnificent comeback with a 42-16 win over the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday night at the Nissan Stadium.

This has ensured that they remain unbeaten this season, as their rivals of the day were first beaten in 2020.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill had a strong game as he scored four touchdowns. He found AJ Brown and Jonnu Smith (twice) in the pay zone and crossed the goal line with the ball in hand. The 32-year-old pivot also completed 21 of his 28 attempted passes.

The two major winners were the work of running back Derrick Henry. The latter, however, did not cover much distance on the field. In 19 carries, he only amassed 57 yards.

On the Bills side (4-1), quarterback Josh Allen managed 63.4% of his passes and found two of his teammates for touchdowns. He was however the victim of two interceptions.

Wide receiver Stefon Diggs was Allen’s favorite target. He caught 10 stints for gains of 106 yards.

On Sunday, the Titans (4-0) will try to continue their success against the Houston Texans (1-5). For their part, the Bills will have the difficult task of measuring themselves against the Kansas City Chiefs (4-1) on Monday night.
