The Kansas City Chiefs will be without the services of wide receiver Sammy Watkins for a few weeks.
This is what the ESPN network reported on Monday.
The 27-year-old suffered a hamstring injury in the second quarter of the clash against the Las Vegas Raiders last Sunday. He was also forced to miss the rest of this duel.
In five games this season, Watkins has caught 21 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns.
In addition to losing the wide receiver, the Kansas City team also saw left guard Kelechi Osemele fall in battle against the Raiders. He suffered tears in the tendons of both knees, and his campaign is said to be over.
The Chiefs, who are 4-1, face the Buffalo Bills on October 19.
