Mercier postpones its Coup de coeur competition | VIVA MEDIA

In order to limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and to comply with government measures, the City of Mercier is postponing the holding of the Coups de cœur competition, which was to take place from January 15 to May 7.

“The postponement of the competition was unfortunately necessary, but nothing prevents citizens from continuing to encourage local businesses. Out-of-store pickup, drive-thru, and delivery are options offered by many of our stores. They still need us, now more than ever, ”explained the Mayor of the City of Mercier, LiseMichaud.

The launch of the Coups de cœur competition is postponed until government measures allow it to be held. Citizens are encouraged to keep an eye on the Town of Mercier’s Facebook page for new dates.

The Coups de cœur contest aims to introduce visitors to the various businesses in the municipality and will offer prizes totaling $ 8,750.
