The acquisitions concern the firms Aqua Assainissement SAS and AMI Assainissement SAS as well as the assets of Neve Environnement.
These companies also offer spare parts and technological solutions for wastewater treatment.
With these transactions, which should be finalized in January, Premier Tech is extending its commercial offering and its service network in France.
“These three acquisitions confirm our long-standing desire to offer first-rate support to our customers over the entire lifespan of on-site sanitation systems and to invest in the communities we serve, consistently with our global approach to sustainable solutions, ”said Henri Ouellet, president of Premier Tech Water and Environment, in a press release on Tuesday.
This European deployment allows the Quebec multinational to have two innovation centers and eight factories.
Premier Tech, whose head office is in Rivière-du-Loup, employs 4,500 people around the world. It is active in the sectors of agriculture, horticulture, food, packaging equipment, environmental technologies, wastewater, seeds and de-icers.
