COVID-19: less than 100 cases in the Capitale-Nationale

The Capitale-Nationale recorded 75 additional cases of COVID-19 on Monday and thus returned below the plateau of 100 daily cases.

The new cases of the recent assessment bring the account to 10,112 carriers of the virus since the start of the pandemic.

In addition, for a second consecutive day, we deplore four new deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the region, for a total of 386.

Chaudière-Appalaches has seen a slight increase in cases as the region has recorded 57 new cases in the last 24 hours. 4,601 people have been infected since the start of the pandemic in the territory.

There are now 99 deaths linked to the pandemic on the south shore of Quebec: two deaths were added to the toll on Monday.

Across the province, the trend continues in terms of cases. Quebec reports 1,218 newly infected. The province reports 25 deaths, bringing the total to 125,072 people infected and 6,651 dead since the start of the pandemic.
