The Cleveland Browns announced that one of their players was diagnosed positive for COVID-19 on Friday.
As a result, the NFL team was forced to shut down its facilities two days before their next duel.
The Browns have not indicated which athlete it is. However, his name should soon be placed on the list of players unavailable due to the virus.
“The individual was immediately placed in segregation and the Browns facility will be closed while we do our research to find out who he has been in contact with,” the Ohio training wrote on its Twitter account.
On Sunday, the Browns are due to host the Houston Texans.
